IMAP is now accepting applications for the 2012 cycle. The deadline for completed applications is August 15, 2012. Candidates will be notified in late September.

Applications may come from the physicians themselves, or they may be nominated by others.

A completed application packet must consist of:

1) a personal statement (max 1500 words)

2) current CV (4-page limit)

3) two letters of support

4) documentation of advocacy efforts

5) a completed advocacy profile worksheet
